教会核心使命或者异象。倡导并推动基督教重建，即重建教会和人类在地上的政治责任，即返回神造人的目的或复归长子的名分：“26神说，我们要照着我们的形像，按着我们的样式造人，使他们管理海里的鱼，空中的鸟，地上的牲畜，和全地，并地上所爬的一切昆虫。27神就照着自己的形像造人，乃是照着他的形像造男造女。28神就赐福给他们，又对他们说，要生养众多，遍满地面，治理这地。也要管理海里的鱼，空中的鸟，和地上各样行动的活物”（创世记1:26-28）。即“26那得胜又遵守我命令到底的，我要赐给他权柄制伏列国。27他必用铁杖辖管（牧）他们，将他们如同窑户的瓦器打得粉碎。像我从我父领受的权柄一样。28我又要把晨星赐给他”（启示录2:26-28；另参诗篇89:27，马太福音16:18-19，28:18-20；启示录1:4-6，20:4-6等）。

基督教重建在修订的基础之上，延续保守路德教会礼拜程序；同时弃绝包括路德教会在内所有主流基督教各种淫行并拆毁他们建造的所有教义丘坛。我们不承认所有信经是圣经真理的总结或终结，我们不承认所有宗派教义是圣经的总结或终结；这一切都是人的遗传，只是对圣经阶段性和局部性的解释方式之一。

我们相信所有教会和人类对圣经或神的真理的认识一直在路上，永远处于“知识上渐渐更新”的过程之中。我们认为天主教东正教基督教（新教）不过是欧洲版的印度邪教或非政治化的的撒但一会，必须整体上拆毁和离弃。我们反对以任何人名定义教会，也反对传道人和牧师委身政治行动——教会务在传道；而传道没有禁区，且必须君临政治和万有。

所有认同基督教重建的众教会于2024年10月10日正式离开路德教会。 基督教重建以CSMP（Chinese Specific Ministry Pastor Program）进行。我们呼吁所有基督徒和世上的教会进入基督教的重建。截止2024年秋天，藉着CSMP已经建立并正在建造的重建教会有：

• 加拿大多伦多曹杰教会；
• 加拿大温哥华行道/行义会；

Core Mission

Advocating and promoting Christian reconstruction, specifically the reconstruction of the church and humanity’s political responsibility on earth, returning to God’s purpose for creating humans, or restoring the status of the firstborn:

“26 Then God said, ‘Let us make man in our image, after our likeness, to have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the heavens, over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.’ 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. 28 And God blessed them. And God said to them, ‘Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the heavens, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.'” (Genesis 1:26-28).

“26 The one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations, 27 and he will rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father. 28 And I will give him the morning star.” (Revelation 2:26-28; see also Psalm 89:27, Matthew 16:18-19, 28:18-20; Revelation 1:4-6, 20:4-6).

Christian reconstruction, based on revisions, continues the conservative Lutheran church’s worship procedures while rejecting all mainstream Christian denominations’ various immoral acts, including the Lutheran church, and dismantling all doctrinal altars they have built. We do not recognize any creed as the summary or conclusion of biblical truth, nor do we recognize any denominational doctrines as the summary or conclusion of the Bible; all these are human traditions, merely one of the ways of interpreting the Bible in a phase-specific and partial manner. We believe that all churches and humanity’s understanding of the Bible or God’s truth is always on the way, continually “renewing in knowledge.” We consider Catholicism, Orthodoxy, and Protestantism (Christianity) to be the European version of Indian cults or non-political satanic assemblies, which must be dismantled and abandoned as a whole. We oppose defining the church by any person’s name, and we also oppose preachers and pastors committing themselves to political actions—the church’s business is preaching; and preaching has no forbidden zone and must reign over politics and everything. All churches agreeing with Christian reconstruction officially left the Lutheran church on October 10, 2024.

Christian reconstruction is carried out through the CSMP (Chinese Specific Ministry Pastor Program). We call on all Christians and churches in the world to enter into Christian reconstruction. By the fall of 2024, the churches established and being built through CSMP include

The Christian Reconstruction Action Plan will establish a global church by the fall of 2025, referred to as the “Reconstruction Action Diocese.”

According to Zechariah 1:16 (“My house shall be built in it”), we use three “ב” letters to form a pattern, replacing the cross as the symbol of reconstruction; and “ב” is also the first letter of the Bible; it is also a hieroglyphic for the sanctuary—the tabernacle of God among men.
